2/13/2011 10:07:52 AM Report AbuseDr. Greene, I am very concerned for my daughter. She is 2 years old now, but has had around 4 ct scans when she was under 18 months. I would take her to the ER after falls that she would have. Well the Drs. would order ct scans & I would take their word for it. It wasn't until the last time I went (about 9 months ago) that I was made aware of the dangers. Do you think my baby will be okay? My daughter has been saying her head hurts for the past 3 days.
10/4/2010 08:06:26 PM Report AbuseDr. Greene, My son is 5 1/2. He wets the bed on and off. I have not prob with accidents, but it appears that my son is wetting the bed in the morning rather than getting up to go to the bathroom. He does urinate frequently during the day. We restrict his liquid intake at night and he goes 2x before he actually lays in his bed. Any suggestions? I am implementing a chart again to give him incentive to get out of bed to go potty. Any other suggestions? thanks jbsmith40@verizon.net
9/28/2010 11:10:19 AM Report AbuseDr. Greene, My son is 3 years old and has leg cramps 4 out of 7 nights and this morning he woke up with his knee swollen. He won't walk on it at all and keeps saying it hurts. It looks swollen and is red. I know he hasn't injured it in the last few days. Motrin and Tylenol haven't touched the inflamation, or the pain. What should I do I am very concerned it might be childhood arthritis. My uncles had it as did I. I would be very greatful for you advice. jerrajoe@wildblue.net

8/11/2010 02:03:21 AM Report AbuseI introduced my 16 week old son to baby rice cereal and pear baby food and he has had diarrhea quite frequently but he is also teething. I read that it is normal for him to have diarrhea because of both the new foods and his teething but is it ok for me to continue to feed him solid foods? As of now I have stopped feeding him solids but his diarrhea continues.

I have not changed anything that I use in the house. Everything is the same. It does seem to get worse when he's hot and having one of his mad moments. You can fill the rash with touch. 5/19/2010 09:56:52 AM Report AbuseHi. Dr. Greene My son is 28 months, he is a very picky eater, if he doesn't like the texture of of the food he won't eat it. What I do so that he can eat some veggies and fruits I give him baby food. I feel so guilty bec I know that I should've given him different types of foods when he started eating solids, that way he could have learn about the different textures. Now I don't know how to fix the problem. Laura

12/15/2009 08:35:54 PM Report AbuseHi Dr. Greene,my husband and I took our 6wk old son to the ER due to a squishy swelling on his scalp. After a CT scan turned out normal, the ER doc concluded that the swelling was due to the birthing process.I had a difficult delivery with 5 hours of pushing eventually leading to a C-section. Forceps/vacuum were not used.Ethan's head was perfect after delivery. Is it possible for a cephalohematoma to show up several weeks after delivery?
