Appeared on the chart in 2001, peaking in 2005, similar to its variation, Ximena, however, not as popular as the spelling with an "x." Contributing to the awareness of the name is Mexican pop singer Jimena who released her first album in 2003 entitiled "Jimena," followed by two more successful albums in 2005 and 2006.
