Diana

The name was picked up from the Roman goddess of nature, fertility, and childbirth who is often shown as a huntress, and the equivalent of the Greek goddess Artemis. The late Princess of Wales proved to be an inspiration for the name when nearly one billion people across the globe watched her marry Prince Charles in a 1981 televised ceremony.
