Description:
This recall includes about 300,000 children's turquoise rings. The rings are silver-colored and have a round turquoise-colored stone on top. The stone is surrounded by a band of small silver-colored balls.
Sold At:
Vending machines located in malls, discount, department, and grocery stores in the Baltimore, Maryland, area from August 2002 through April 2007 for 25 cents.
What To Do:
