It's not uncommon for time changes (and traveling across time zones) to wreak havoc on baby sleep patterns, causing them to go to sleep later than usual or seem fussier than normal. But your baby should adjust to these new hours after a few days or a week, as long as you're consistent about putting her down. It's also quite likely that this time change happened to coincide with a big developmental milestone, which can also disrupt a child's sleep habits. She could be cutting a big, painful molar, getting ready to walk, or even feeling some separation anxiety before bed. Keep persisting with her normal bedtime routine. Having to sleep train again may be hard on you at first, but trust that she'll eventually get back on track -- and it usually goes a lot easier the second time around.
