How early can a woman experience pregnancy symptoms?

I haven't gotten my period, but it's always irregular. It's supposed to come between the last week and first week of every month, and it hasn't and the feeling I'm having makes me think I'm pregnant. My breasts are sore through the day and perky when I wake up. My stomach in the lower part is very sore and sometimes achy. I'm tired mid-way though the day - I just want to stop what I'm doing and sleep. Could I be pregnant? Isn't it to early for these symptoms?

Pregnancy symptoms (pelvic discomfort, missed periods, breast swelling or tenderness) are not uniformly experienced in every pregnancy.  Women who have irregular cycles are at risk for hormonal imbalances and some of the symptoms of these imbalances may be the same as a pregnancy.  Any woman who has irregular cycles can be pregnant if she is not using regular contraception to prevent pregnancy.  A blood draw in your doctor's office can tell you if you are pregnant or simply experiencing a hormonal imbalance that your doctor may want to correct.

I missed my period now 34 days , and ihave stomach pains that feel like gas. I feel very bloated, sore and tender breasts, some abdominal cramping (like during my period). After taking a home pregnancy test (Negative result) , please help me and suggest me

Before I figured out i was pregnant i was having lower back pains, mood swings, weird cravings, pee'd alot, my breast were hurting and grew quite a bit throughout the months, and morning sickness it was the worst thing ever! And cramps sucked just as well as the morning sickness. I was late for my period and i thought it was no big deal until a month had passed and i started getting a little worried. I started having all these symptoms within 5 weeks.

I felt pregnancy symptoms as early as 3-4 weeks pregnant. I knew something was up when I was so tried I could barely stay awake during the day and my nipples were really tender. After a week of wondering what was wrong with me and finally knowing for sure I missed my period I took a pregnancy test, and sure enough I was preggers! I did the test at 5 1/2 weeks pregnant.

Just a couple of weeks after conception I started noticing that my breasts were very sore while running and that my sports bra no longer helped, I was taking naps in my car everyday at work, and I would get very nauseous if I didn't eat every 2 hours; if I got remotely hungry I felt a severe wave of nausea. Looking back now, I guess I knew I was pregnant even before I missed my period.

My first symptom was having the urge to pee ALOT. then, I got very ill,and tired my husband and I actually thought I had the flu, it was not until I took a pregnancy test 2 days later that I knew for sure. When I went to the doctor and was told I was 4 wks pregnant, the nausea and morning sickness started soon afterwards.

The very first symptom I had was Carpal Tunnel. That started about a week and a half before my missed period! I am only 5 weeks now and having food aversions, nausea, and I have never felt so completely exhausted in my life! Lol, but my chronic pain has lessened, I do pee nonstop though!

I'm 17 weeks pregnant and the only sign of pregnancy I had was the constant need to pee between 8-12 weeks.

Some women get symptoms right away, even before a missed period. I had symptoms pretty much days after ovulation. Those symptoms sounds like what I experienced, so you very well could be:)
