I'm 3 months pregnant and my baby moves too much in the ultrasound. It doesn't like to get his/her heartbeats counted. It's almost behaving like it's eating sweets and gets hyper. Is that normal?

There is never "too much" movement on an ultrasound. Babies who move around a lot are healthy babies. I always tell my patients that babies are like us...if we are sick and aren't feeling well, we like to lie in bed. If babies aren't getting what they need in the uterus, they won't move around very much. A baby who moves is a baby who is getting enough oxygen, blood and nutrients from the placenta. So, although it can be frustrating for you and/or your practitioner, it's usually a good thing.
