What medicines are safe to take for frequent headaches while pregnant?

Please give me your advice.

Headaches are best relieved with Tylenol (regular or extra strength), comfort measures (neck massages, warm neck packs, cool head towels), and making sure you are not dehydrated.  Avoid Advil, Ibuprofen, and other Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatories while pregnant.  Migraine headaches will have to be treated by your physician.
